Melbourne Facilitator: Lisa Engel

Lisa Engel is a nationally registered Health Psychologist committed to delivering psychological services that support people to be their best selves, living a life that is aligned to their heartfelt values. For most of her professional life, Lisa has worked to help people to improve their health and as a Health Psychologist, believes that a healthy mind is just as fundamental to wellness as an optimally functioning body. Her areas of specialisation include psychotherapy, counselling, mindfulness training, coaching and of course stress management.

Sydney Facilitator: Antonietta Natoli

Antonietta is a recovering stress head, natural health practitioner and community sector veteran. When asked to present some stress management programs approximately 12 years ago, Antonietta decided not to present the rehash material of the time. Rather, she decided to go back to first principles alongside the latest research. What she discovered shocked her and is the catalyst for Living Calm.

Antonietta’s determination to understand and engage with stress theory and the myriad of seemingly contradictory approaches to stress has resulted in a program that gives participants real and practical knowledge and strategies to change their quality of life.

Brisbane Facilitator: Pat Stanley

For over 17 years, Pat has worked as a national training facilitator, bringing over 30 years of diverse experience, expertise, knowledge and insights. Her studies in psychology, human behaviour and mediation and leadership have underpinned her success, and she is passionate about passing on her knowledge to others.

Her experience has included working with people and teams in the not-for-profit, commercial and public sectors throughout Australia and beyond. Pat is widely acknowledged as a passionate facilitator who always delivers informative, interesting, enjoyable and relatable courses.
