What’s covered

Explore what emotional intelligence is and why it’s so important! You will learn precisely how and why it will have such a dramatic and positive impact on every aspect of your life!

Understand how, when, and why emotional intelligence can be more important than IQ

Emotional intelligence consists of four skills you can learn and develop... it's not magic, but it does works like magic when you know how to use it. We provide you with awareness and management strategies to ensure you are set up for a positive emotional shift.

By your emotions managing you, you can feel like you have no control over people, situations, or yourself. Within this session, you’ll be provided with techniques to gain control and mindfully manage your emotions.

We are all individuals; understanding why someone feels a certain way or is more emotional than you isn’t easy, but it’s an excellent quality to have. In this session, you will learn how to identify emotions in others and what to do (and not to do) about it!

You may think, “I’m great with meeting people” or “I have plenty of friends”, but being able to create and maintain quality relationships is easier said than done. In this final session, you will gain the secrets to quality relationships; and the do and don’ts!

Our emotions have a major influence on the decisions we make, which means recognising your emotions as they arise is crucial. In this important session, you will be guided on how to notice your emotions and how recognising them will improve your decision making.
