Emotional intelligence is the foundation skill for influencing and managing/leading ourselves and others, whether we are a leader or team member. It is a skill that can be learnt and improved through self-awareness, motivation, and applying the practical skills covered in this course.

We are all individuals; understanding why someone feels a certain way or is more emotional than you isn’t easy, but it’s an excellent quality to have. In this session, you will learn how to identify emotions in others and what to do (and not to do) about it!
Our emotions have a major influence on the decisions we make, which means recognising your emotions as they arise is crucial. In this important session, you will be guided on how to notice your emotions and how recognising them will improve your decision making.
Understand how, when, and why emotional intelligence can be more important than IQ
By your emotions managing you, you can feel like you have no control over people, situations, or yourself. Within this session, you’ll be provided with techniques to gain control and mindfully manage your emotions.
