In this one-day course, you will learn about the four components of emotional intelligence and how improving your skills in EI can make you more effective in professional and personal relationships.


Emotional intelligence is the foundation skill for influencing and managing/leading ourselves and others, whether we are a leader or team member. It is a skill that can be learnt and improved through self-awareness, motivation, and applying the practical skills covered in this course.

By your emotions managing you, you can feel like you have no control over people, situations, or yourself. Within this session, you’ll be provided with techniques to gain control and mindfully manage your emotions.
